Massachusetts Long and Short Forms

If a party’s income is less than $75,000, the software will automatically print a Short Form.

Otherwise, it generates a long form.

And you always have a choice: you may always specify either Long or Short form regardless of income.

Online Client Data Entry

Now, clients can enter their information online.

You can download it, review, and print.

If you have the Cloud version, you can edit it in the Cloud, and your client can see and respond to your edits.

Probate Court Forms

In addition to the Form 301, the software has a full suite of Probate Court forms.

Data carries from the Client Info page right onto the form.

Just fill in any form-specific fields, print and file.

Child Support and “What If”

Not only does the software calculate child support.

But you can also easily ask “What If” about Child Support. You can instantly see what if…

  • Wages were higher?
  • A different party paid health insurance?
  • Overnights were different?

…with different scenarios side by side, and without changing the original “actual” entries.

Easier Data Entry

If it has been awhile since you tried Family Law Software, you will find it is now easier to navigate.

  • Open/Close groups simplify data entry.
  • Income/Expense parallels the Form 301.
  • Footnotes print with the line item.

Windows, Mac or Cloud

The software is available for Windows, Mac and Cloud.

If you have the Cloud version, you can upload and download files to the desktop.

So you can work on your desktop or laptop. Then upload to the Cloud and grab your iPad to go.
